This modern house is ideal for getting together with family or friends and enjoying a stay focused on relaxation and conviviality.

It features a swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, a sauna and many games: table football, air hockey and darts. Its spacious living areas include two lounges, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A play area is also provided for children.

Located in Stavelot, the house is just 7 km from the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The towns of Spa and Malmedy, about ten kilometres away, offer many shops, restaurants and activities.

This large holiday home is ideal for bringing together family, friends or colleagues in a comfortable and welcoming setting. It can accommodate up to 20 people and offers beautiful living spaces as well as many facilities dedicated to relaxation and leisure.

On the ground floor, there is the living room and the kitchen, two spaces designed for gathering, sharing good meals and making the most of the time spent together. After a day of sightseeing or activities, everyone can settle comfortably in the lounge to chat, relax or simply enjoy the pleasure of all being together.

The house has 9 bedrooms, all equipped with single beds, which makes it easy to organise the sleeping arrangements according to the group’s needs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, offering greater comfort and privacy during the stay. Eight bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the ninth is on the ground floor. This last bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and has a bathroom adapted accordingly.

To enhance the stay, there are also indoor leisure facilities: a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, with a shower nearby

The lodge was designed with a studio adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) for 2 people. The entire ground floor was designed so that a person with reduced mobility could access it.
